Penn Hills Partnership

We are a collaborative of community stakeholders, organizations, businesses, and residents that want to catalyze change in Penn Hills through equitable coordination of resources.

Steering Committee

The steering committee provides guidance and support to the Partnership by facilitating meetings, setting an agenda, keeping the group focused on the tasks at hand, moving partnership through a process that allows the capture of Partnership ideas.

Jace Ransom

Jace works as the School Age Program Manager at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services. He has played an active role on the steering committee since its inception in 2017. He is committed to bringing passionate community focused people together to work towards accomplishing positive impacts for the people in the Penn Hills community.

Co-Facilitator

Addie Macioce

Addie is a librarian at the Penn Hills Library. She joined the steering committee in the spring of 2024. Her favorite part of working with the steering committee is the chance to share passion and knowledge with each other and translate that into actionable steps to help the Penn Hills community.

Isis is the SFW, CEO & Founder of Ruth's Way Inc. and Ruth’s Way’s Consulting Services For Parents Who Want Their Daughters To Succeed, LLC.

Maria is a Public Health Administrator at the Allegheny County Health Department.

Aquieda Lawson

Aquieda Lawson is a Resource Navigator for A Second Chance Inc.; a kinship founded facility, also offering life changing resources.

Co-Facilitator

Jennifer Balkey

Jen is the Executive Director at Hebron Community Center and joined the steering committee in January 2025 when brought on as a co-facilitator for the Partnership. Jen is excited to help facilitate collaboration between organizations.
